Lots of local AC companies are family owned and operated. CMi Air Conditioning and Electrical is too. But what makes us different is how much we value our extended family members…those who work here and everyone we serve. AC work is not easy, so we treat our team the same way we treat you.

We celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions and successes (we like it when we get to celebrate). We regularly barbecue or bring in lunch for the staff. Mostly, we just try to live by the Golden Rule. We know that if we’re happy working for you, you’re happy too.

CMi has been serving residents and businesses in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties since 1992. So, we’ve been around a while. While we started in Jupiter with just 5 people and 3 vehicles doing custom home HVAC work, we’ve grown to over 120 employees and over 95 vehicles at our current location in Lake Park. We’ve expanded from custom residential home systems to commercial applications, to VRF (variable refrigerant flow) systems and a full slate of Electrical services. From large rooftop units to small split systems, zoning and VAV, we expertly design, install and service the simplest to the most complex HVAC systems.

Despite a long history in the trade and local market, we’re constantly sharpening our skills and staying on top of technology. In fact, continuing education is a chief benefit we offer our staff…and continues to ensure you get the very best.

AC Installation

On average, you should replace your AC system every 10 years. If you maintain your system well (using our Energy Savings Agreement maintenance program), your system could last 15 years or more.
